What is the retreat about?

Nude in Nature Embodiment Retreat is an adventure for folks that identify as women to connect, learn, share, heal, see, and be seen. Our pillars are EARTH (body), FREEDOM (sovereignty), & FEMININITY (sacred cycles) We will experience daily movement, yoga, meditation, workshops, group dialogue, nature adventures, community meals and so much more!

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for those who need a break from the day-to-day hustle and bustle. For any woman longing for adventure, sisterhood, and to know their body in a deeper way. You are invited to step into a portal of acceptance. Be free to be exactly who you are, as you are. Let go of ALL the many hats, masks and costumes you wear in day to day life. Release responsibility and allow your whole being to be replenished through the healing frequency of nature.

The feeling that I had when first being naked in the sun. I could still feel the weight of what I was carrying within my body. I will remember feeling the cold water on my body, the rush of refresh and uplifting of the divine feminine earth. The eye contact from the other women on the retreat. Seeing and feeling the openness, the unity and the healing.
