CAPRICORN NEW MOON 🌑 + WINTER SOLSTICE ❄️

About: Each month it is my intention to hold space for the new moon and for women to gather in community. We gather for grounding, group dialogue, movement, journaling, reflection, creativity, & sisterhood. Although winter solstice is officially on December 21st, we'll honor it a bit early during this month's new moon.

Where:

-The Yoni Shala Hyde Park~Private residence address will be emailed

-Parking ~There is paid street parking right out front & free street parking on the side streets

Intention: 

To gather in sisterhood with the changing of the seasons and expand our cyclical wisdom in connection to the body. To hold sacred space for the outer and inner transitions of being woman and earth.

What's Provided:

• A cozy, candlelit inviting atmosphere to be your authentic self

• Yoga Mat

• Snacks & tea

• Creative supplies when needed 

What To Bring:

• Yourself, just as you are ---the rest are suggestions

• A pillow and/or blanket for extra coziness

• A special item or crystal you'd like to place in the center of the circle that's symbolic of your consistency/discipline. 

• A journal & pen
